At the heart of La Pâtissière Royale is Virginie, our gifted Chief Baker whose journey began at the tender age of 12. What started as a childhood passion quickly blossomed into a calling. As her homemade creations delighted family and neighbors, word of her talent spread—until she became known in her community as “la pâtissière hors pair.”
Though she earned a Master’s degree in another field, Virginie chose to pursue her true passion. Trained in France, she brings classical technique, elegance, and love into every dessert she crafts. Her commitment to using only fresh, preservative-free ingredients makes each bite a taste of homemade luxury. Today, she continues to enchant customers with her refined recipes and artisanal touch—because at La Pâtissière Royale, baking is not just a skill, it’s an art.
